Part B Program

Our Medicare Part B program, through full assignment and fee-for-service billing, offers you the ability to achieve the highest level of reimbursement for your patients requiring enteral, ostomy, urological, and wound care in the Southeast.  Our experience in the long-term care field makes it possible for us to offer you quality products and a knowledgeable staff.
 
We will provide you with a designated representative who will complete the following services:

• The monthly preparation and submission of claims 
• Reprocessing claims for collection and resubmission 
• Addressing billing inquiries from patients and family members
• Inventory management and reordering assistance 
• Educational in-services

Eligibility for the Medicare Part B programs include:

• Patients must have medical justification based on Medicare guidelines qualifying them for the type and quality of products provided.
• Patients and/or facilities must provide us medical records supporting medical claims to be billed (such as physician’s orders, nurses notes, etc.)
