Skills Needed:	EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current and active license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. EXPERIENCE: 1 year of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility required. 1 year of administrative and RAI experience preferred. SKILLS: Strong computer, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and clinical skills. Job Description:	Responsible for coordinating assessments for each resident including RAI, RAPS and Care Plan. This includes all admission, quarterly, annual and significant change assessments as well as any Medicare assessment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely assessments, meeting all automation requirements as defined by regulations, facilitating a functioning interdisciplinary team, accurate reporting of RUGS to all departments, maintaining Roster and Census reports and monitoring of all reports generated by this department.
