UHS Pruitt Corporation  is seeking a full-time RN to fill our Atlanta area Clinical Nurse Liaison position.

This position will coordinate between United Hospice and United Home Care of Atlanta with Atlanta Metro Hospitals.

Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians, case managers and discharge planners in Atlanta area hospitals. This position requires an energetic, self-motivated individual; experience in Hospital, Health Care, Hospice a plus.

Primary Function: Nurse Liaison will function as a facilitator to Hospitals and Community Services in need of referring to our organization.

Qualifications/Experience:

• RN Graduate with current license. Preferred experience in Hospital, Hospice or Home Care Environment.
• Ability to manage a time & territory, to conduct Hospice education / presentations to assigned hospitals, and to generate referrals by building long term business relationships.
• Ability to develop clinical knowledge base to support job activities.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with the different disciplines in the health care field.
