Skills Needed:	REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Social work or related degree is preferred. EXPERIENCE: 6 months experience in a long-term care environment preferred. KNOWLEDGE: Understands human life is of inestimable worth and every person is significant. The aged, the mentally handicapped, the physically challenged, and the unattractive are to be protected and respected regardless of what they can or cannot do. SKILLS: Possess excellent sales, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must be confident, friendly, and enthusiastic.
Job Description:	Coordinate and complete the admissions process. Promote 100% occupancy through support to residents, families and prospective residents touring the facility. Greet visitors; gather pertinent medical and financial information of prospective residents. Will market services to community resources, health care organizations, physicians and hospital personnel.
