Certificates and Licenses Required:

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
• Current CPR certification

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must have ability to work well independently and within an interdisciplinary team.
• Possess strong therapy clinical skills, assessment skills and problem solving skills.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift the equivalent of an adult sized patient.
• Has ability to work a flexible schedule.

Position Summary:

Provides therapy treatments to United Home Care patients in their place of residence under the supervision/direction of a Registered Physical Therapist.
